Principals
Dr. Jiangtao (Gene) Wen was the Chief
Scientist for
PacketVideo
Corp. He holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua
University in Beijing and has made significant contribution
to ITU H.263 and MPEG-4. He is currently involved with the
China's Audio-Visual Standards (
AVS) activity as chair of AVS'
DRM group.
Spencer Cheng was
Cloakware's 1st employee in
1999. Cloakware is the world leader in software-based
tamper-resistance technology. Prior to Cloakware, he
undertook various operating system-related architectural and
technical roles at
Nortel Networks,
Webplan and
Mitel. While at Nortel, he
initiated and nurtured groundbreaking work in applying
formal
methods to testing "real world" software at
the Institute for System Programming
